LUXOR AIRPORT is the main airport serving the city of Luxo. It is located 6km east of the city. It is only 60 minutes flying time from Cairo. This city is full of magnificent temples and tombs. HURGHADA AIRPORT is located inland about 5km southwest from Hurghada downtown (El Dahar). It is about 60 minutes flying time from Cairo. This was originally a fishing village but is growing due to the fantastic beaches and nightlife. Hurghada Airport services El Gouna and Soma Bay two fantastic holiday destinations.
